Beading Parties -

Make life a little easier at birthday and celebration times. Let me provide a fun beading activity at your next special party, whether it is at your home or here in our attractive park setting.
Beading and jewelry making can be enjoyed by both kids and adults. For Moms and Grandmoms adding a beading activity to your child's birthday party takes some pressure off you and even lets you join in the fun with the kids. For teens and adults we step up and and call it 'jewelry making' and can include earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
Our outdoor setting can accommodate up to 10 children or 8 adults. In case of rain the party can be held in our indoor "great room" which can comfortably accommodate up to 10. Our beading activities are designed for the ages and preferences of those participating. For children 9 and up we have colorful and sparkly beads and easily made bracelets and necklaces. For teens and adults more sophisticated designs and gemstone beads may be selected. The instruction and hands-on beading time runs 1 to 1½ hours long, depending on the ages of the participants. The cost per participant ranges from $10-$12 per child and $15-$20 for teens and adults, depending on the cost of materials. The adult scheduling the party pays no fee and will get a gift certificate for use at Bead & Fiber Fantasy, based on the number of participants. For parties held at our venue you are welcome to bring your own cake and party refreshments to be served after the beading.
Bead & Fiber Fantasy will provide all the needed instruction, tools, and materials (beads, stringing materials, and charms) for your party. Prior to the party I will talk with you regarding what project would be most enjoyed by your children or your guests. The general options include bracelets and necklaces strung on elastic cord, p’leather (imitation leather that is strong and easy to knot), or memory wire and drop earrings. There are numerous colors and styles of beads, including crystal, metal, and gemstone beads, as well as numerous charms from which to choose.
If you would like to hold the party at your home there is no travel fee if it is held in Marion, Williamson, Ontario, Walworth, or Palmyra. Call regarding a modest travel fee, if you live in another relatively close by town.
A $30 reservation fee, which will be applied to the total, is required 2 weeks in advance to secure a date and allow time for materials to arrive. If materials are in stock, the party may be scheduled just one week in advance. Call or email Louise to make arrangements:
